On Scene Oil, LLC – Mobile Oil Change Services – State of Nevada
By scheduling an appointment and/or allowing On Scene Oil (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) to perform any service on your vehicle, you (the “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Appointment & Scheduling All services are performed by appointment only at the location you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible, on a reasonably level surface, and that the work area is safe and legal. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if weather, unsafe conditions, restricted access, or parking violations make service impractical or illegal.
Pricing & Payment Prices quoted at booking are estimates. Final price may vary based on actual vehicle requirements. Payment is due in full at completion (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash). A $50 fee will be charged for any returned payment. We reserve the right to place a mechanic’s lien on any vehicle for unpaid services in accordance with Nevada law.
Scope of Service We perform mobile oil changes and basic fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light maintenance items as requested. We do not perform mechanical repairs, diagnostics, warranty repairs, or services requiring a lift unless specifically agreed in writing.
Used Oil & Filter Disposal All used oil, filters, and waste materials are recycled or disposed of in full compliance with Nevada and federal EPA regulations. You may request your used oil and/or filter back at the time of service; otherwise we retain and recycle them.
Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner or have express permission from the owner to authorize service, the vehicle is in safe condition for an oil change, and you will inform us of any known leaks, modifications, aftermarket parts, or special requirements before service begins.
Limited Warranty Services are warranted to be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Labor is warranted for 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) against defects in workmanship. Parts are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, improper oil selection by customer, accidents, abuse, racing, or commercial use.
Limitation of Liability & Waiver To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages (including towing, rental cars, lost wages, or downtime). We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket skid plates, belly pans, plastic shields, or low-profile vehicles damaged during normal service.
Damage Waiver & Release Mobile oil changes are performed in non-controlled environments. You voluntarily assume all risk of minor fluid drips on driveways/pavement, grass, landscaping, or damage to already loose, rusted, or modified undercarriage components. You release On Scene Oil from liability for these normal occurrences.
Photos & Documentation We may take photos of your vehicle, license plate, and service area for quality control, warranty, and liability purposes (kept confidential).
Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to weather, traffic, acts of God, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law & Venue These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County or Washoe County, Nevada.
Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your appointment applies.
Entire Agreement These Terms, your booking confirmation, and any signed invoice constitute the entire agreement.
By allowing On Scene Oil to perform service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
